khaosuay
ข้าวสวยพร้อมทาน package เพื่อ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลวิจัยที่ได้ออกแบบการทดลอง
An R package for analyzing agricultural experiment data in the Thai context. It turns raw data into ready-to-use statistical reports, like freshly cooked rice (ข้าวสวย) ready to serve.
Why khaosuay?
Statistical analysis of field experiments (CRD, RCBD, split-plot) involves a lot of fiddly work: preparing data, checking assumptions, and drawing publication-ready charts. khaosuay wraps this into a short pipeline, supports Thai column names, and chooses between parametric and non-parametric tests automatically.
The four-step workflow
| Step | Function | Metaphor | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | wash_rice() |
Wash the rice | Clean data, detect outliers, check the design |
| 2 | taste_rice() |
Taste the rice | Check normality and equal variance |
| 3 | cook_crd() / cook_rcbd() / cook_split() |
Cook the rice | Run the analysis for the experimental design |
| 4 | plot_cooked() |
Serve the rice | Plot results with significance letters |
